Hey guys! I had a sleepover last night and my friend Britt and I cooked up this for breakfast. It only takes about 10 minutes so have fun!
Garlic Scrambled Eggs
5 eggs
2 TB milk
2 pinches garlic salt or 1 tsp. or 3 TB fresh chopped garlic
1 tsp. of dried parsley or 3 crushed leaves of fresh parsley
Pepper & salt to taste
Optional:
instead of cheese put syrup on after you cook them
OR
put 1 tsp of taco seasoning or 2 sprinkles of cayenne pepper
Whisk the eggs and milk. Spray a large frying pan with PAM and pour the eggs over it. Put in the garlic salt or cloves and the parsley while cooking. (add the taco or cayenne pepper too) Use high heat and decrease as they get more solid. Stir frequently. Add the cheese. Serve when you can touch them and you don't have raw eggs on your fingers or when they are solid. Put salt and pepper on as needed. Eat up!!! :]

Angel Gingerbread Cookies
Okay guys so it's still cold!!!! Yikes! And it keeps geting colder. I know Christmas and Tanksgiving are like 2 months away but save this recipe and have fun with it! It ties in to my website name and they're one of my favorite things to make, because they are so soft and moist because of the pudding! Tips: DO NOT overcook them!!!
Angel Gingerbread Cookies or Ornaments
3/4 cup soft butter
3/4 cups brown sugar
1 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1 egg
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 TB ginger
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Beat sugar, butter, the pudding mix, and the egg in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Gradually add to pudding mixture, beating well. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour or until firm. Roll out dough and cut with angel cookie cutters or any kind you want. :] Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. You can frost them with vanilla frosting which is shown below but they are good with a big cup of milk! Enjoy! For ornaments before you place them in the oven poke a hole in the top with a straw. When they are cool let them harder for about 2 hours then thread string through the hole and hang on your Christmas tree! Have fun! Warning: do not eat off the Christmas tree you will probably break you teeth, no joke!!!! :]
Vanilla frosting for cookies, cupcakes, cake, and in this can Angel Gingerbread cookies!
1/4 cup softened butter
1 1/2-3 TB milk
2 1/2 cups confectinors or powdered sugar
Mix well and double as needed. For mint frosting (which I DON'T recommend for these cookies) add 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract and green food coloring.

Any Way You Like Em' Rolls
Any Way You Like 'Em Rolls
3 1/2 to 3 3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup shorting or butter or margarine (shorting works best)
1 teaspoon salt
1 package or 1 tablespoon yeast
1/2 cup very warm water
1/2 cup very warm milk (scalded then cool to 120 or 130 degrees)
1 egg
Butter or margarine softened for melting
Mix: 2 cups of flour, the sugar, shorting or butter, and yeast in a large bowl. Beat on low speed, scraping bowl frequently , for 1 minute. Stir in enough remaining flour to make the dough easy to handle. Turn dough on lightly floured surface: knead until smooth and elastic, for about 5 minutes. Grease the large bowl. Place it in with the grease side up. Cover and let rise until it doubles in size, about one hour. (the dough is ready when you can touch it and the indentation remains) Punch down the dough and use any of these fun ways to shape it:
Cloverleaf Rolls- Cut half of the dough into 36 pieces. Shape into even sized balls. Do the same with the other half. Grease a medium 12 cup muffin tin (regular) Melt butter and dip each ball in it. Put 3 balls of dough in each of the muffin cups. Instructions for baking below. Makes 1 dozen rolls.
Crescent Rolls- Roll half the dough into a 12 inch circle on a floured surface. Spread with melted butter of margarine. Cut into 16 wedges that are even. (like you would cut a pizza) Roll up starting with the wider end.
Place the rolls on a greased cookie sheet. Repeat with the other half. Instructions below. Makes 16 rolls.
Fan Tans (my favorite)- Roll half the dough into a rectangle, 13x9 inches on a floured surface. Spread with melted butter of margarine. Cut crosswise into 6 strips. Each about 1 1/2 inch wide. Stack the strips evenly and ; cut into 12 pieces, each about 1 inch wide. Place cut side down in 12 greased medium muffin cups. Instructions for baking below.
*Baking instructions for Cloverleaf, Crescent, and Fan Tan rolls:
After putting rolls in the right pan cover and let raise another 30 minutes. Preheat oven 400 degrees. Bake until golden brown, about 12 to 18 minutes.
I love these rolls! They are really good. We found them in a Betty Crocker cookbook so there is all rights reserved for that company. Hope you enjoy them!!!

Tye Dyed Cupcakes
Tye Dyed Cupcakes:
-one white cake mix
-4 or 5 different bowls
-food coloring
First preheat the oven using the temperature on the cake mix box. The make the cake mix. Using a mesauring cup divide the batter evenly into the bowls. Then add a color to every bowl. Get a muffin tin or cupcake pan and put a spoonful on each color in each cup. Make sure to grease the pan first though! :) Cook for the time it says on the cake mix box then frost the cupcakes when they cool. I like to put cool whip on mine. It taste good and is healthier! Hope you like it!!!

p.s. I am sorry I don't have any pictuers yet but I will add them as soon as I can!
